Organoleptic characteristics: Deep cherry pink rose in colour, with red onion reflections. On the nose it amazes for the sent of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberry and fine floral notes of rose. The palate is pleasantly soft, wel balanced and very fresh. Extremely versatile.

Vinification: White vinification with indigenous yeasts, maceration of 2/£ days, the fermentation takes place in cement tanks at temperatures between 24-26°C facilitate the extraction of the dye contained in the skin of the berries.
